We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not run Google Analytics or any advertising pixel on this site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (opens in a new tab), a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personal data, to see general traffic patterns (like which pages get visited). Your browser may also store a small amount of information locally (for example, to remember you had a chat conversation open) — this stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else.

Who We Share Information With

We use a small number of outside services to run this site and respond to you. Each one only receives the specific information needed to do its job:

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and its database (encrypted in transit and at rest).
• Google Calendar — if you book a call, your name, email, and appointment time are used to create a real calendar event and send you a confirmation invite.
• OpenAI — powers the chatbot's ability to understand and answer your questions. Messages you send the chatbot are processed by OpenAI's API to generate a response.
• Resend — sends transactional emails on our behalf, such as a chatbot conversation summary or a notification to our team that you reached out.

We do not share your information with any other third party, and none of these services are permitted to use your information for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep the information above for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, follow up on a potential project, and maintain accurate business records — typically no longer than needed for those purposes.
