What We Offer

We provide AI and automation consulting services to businesses, including a free Revenue & Efficiency Audit, custom software tool builds, team training workshops, and ongoing automation support. Specific pricing, scope, and deliverables for any paid engagement are agreed upon separately in writing (such as a quote, proposal, or invoice) before work begins — these Terms cover the general relationship, not the specifics of any one project.

Using This Website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You won't attempt to interfere with how the site or our systems work, scrape or copy content for commercial reuse without permission, or use the contact form, chatbot, or booking system to send spam, abusive content, or anything illegal.

The Chatbot

The chatbot on this site ("Ava") is an AI assistant. It's designed to answer questions about our services using real information from this site, but like any AI system, it can occasionally make mistakes or misunderstand a question. Nothing the chatbot says should be treated as a binding quote, contract, or guarantee — pricing and commitments are only final once confirmed by a real person in writing.

Booking a Call

Booking a time through our calendar reserves that slot for a conversation. We ask that you give us reasonable notice (at least 24 hours where possible) if you need to reschedule or cancel, so the time can be offered to someone else.

Paid Engagements

If you engage us for a custom tool build, training workshop, or ongoing retainer, the specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms for that engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement, quote, or invoice, which takes precedence over these general Terms for anything it specifically addresses.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work delivered as part of a custom build becomes yours to use for your business once paid in full. We retain the right to reuse general techniques, patterns, and non-confidential know-how developed during a project in future work for other clients.

No Guaranteed Results

We work in good faith to deliver real, useful results, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (like a certain amount of time saved or revenue gained) — those depend on many factors outside our control, including how a tool or process is actually used after it's delivered.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orlando AI Agency and DBA Soft Solutions Corp are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that specific engagement.
